About Us
HostelPro was established on March 2015 with its first student accommodation located near HELP University’s Damansara campus in Kuala Lumpur. By the end of 2015, the company was managing around 90 beds.
As HELP University expanded in May 2016, it began to offer a Psychology program and other courses at its brand new Subang 2 campus. HostelPro was enlisted to provide accommodation for the first 100 students at the new campus.
Today, HostelPro is managing more than 300 beds around the Subang 2 campus, spread across five properties comprising shoplots, landed houses and apartments.
The company not only provides accommodation for students, it also works closely with HELP University to look after student wellbeing — the recent case being the period of the Movement Control Order (MCO) during the Covid-19 outbreak, where HostelPro assisted HELP University in distributing free lunches to over 100 students. The company also chipped in to provide free sundry goods like noodles, canned foods and fruits to its students.
HostelPro currently employs 10 staffs to look after all aspects of the business — from marketing and property maintenance to student wellbeing and financial matters. In the near future, HostelPro is looking at ISO accreditation as it upgrades it service and professionalism to become one of the best accommodation provider for students in Malaysia. The company is also exploring areas like hotel management, homestay condominium management and co-living home management.
